02

Ship free, fully insured

A prepaid FedEx label arrives by email. Signature at every handoff, insured for full value through IFS (In4Sure), there and back.

Your watch

Tell us what you have.

Two minutes. A photo helps but is not required to start — the reference alone tells us most of what we need. No box, no papers, not running: still send it. We reply personally, not with a form letter.

Before you sell

Two things that protect your number.

Do not polish or service it

A fresh polish removes the sharp case edges and original finish that collectors pay for, and it cannot be undone. On vintage pieces an unpolished case and original dial are part of the value. Send it exactly as it is.

Include what you have, skip what you don't

Original bracelet, spare links, box, warranty card, service receipts — all welcome, none required. Most watches we buy arrive without their box. Full guide: how to sell a luxury watch by mail.

Frequently asked questions

How fast do I get an offer for my watch?

Send a photo of the dial and case back and we tell you the same day what we can already see. The firm written offer follows once the watch is examined on the bench, and you are paid by bank transfer within 24 hours of accepting.

Do I have to ship the watch before I know anything?

No. Start with a photo. You only ship once you want the firm offer, on a prepaid FedEx label insured for the full value through IFS (In4Sure), both ways. If you decline the offer, the watch comes back free.

What if I do not have the box or papers?

Send the watch on its own. Box and papers can raise the number on some references, but most watches we buy arrive without them and the process is the same.

Ready when you are

Send a photo, or fill in the form above. Written offer, insured shipping both ways, paid within 24 hours of accepting — or your watch back free.
